Three Putnam County girls were named to the 2019-20 Tri-County All-Conference basketball team.
The team is headed by MVP Arberita Jashari, a senior from Seneca. She was joined by unanimous selections junior Maddie Monge of Roanoke-Benson and senior Arberita Jashari of Seneca, along with Putnam County junior Sophia Harris, senior Maddie Grandsart of Midland and sophomore Delaney Cook of Peoria Christian.
Putnam County junior Caitlyn Cioni was named to the second team, while classmate Olivia Lamis earned third team honors.
League champ Seneca, which won the sectional championship, headed the second team with three players — juniors Brooklyn Giertz and Madison Bromereck and senior Mara Bruno. Josie Eager, a sophomore from Marquette, rounded out the second team.
Third team honors also went to sophomores Tandyn VanEtten and Nakita Kessling of Henry-Senachwine, and seniors Bailey Lehman of Roanoke-Benson and Cassidy Draves of Seneca.
